It's hard to fathom, but Game of Thrones'
sixth season has come to an end. While you're mourning the absence of
your favorite series, consider diving into a new show that features a
few of the same elements. Game of Thrones isn't the
only series on TV that showcases characters battling with the undead —
and each other. Chances are, you're already watching one or more of

There's a struggle for the crown, plenty of sexual intrigue, and just
the slightest twist of magic and mystery. It may not be able to show
quite as much skin or blood as HBO's hit, but that might be a good thing

If you mainly watch Game of Thrones for all the sexy sex, then it's really time that you check out Outlander. The series, based on Diana Gabaldon's book series, is a steamy time-traveling masterpiece, and the leading man could give Game of Thrones' hottest men a run for their money. Watch it on Amazon.
Black Sails is essentially Game of Thrones
on the high seas. The show premiered on Starz back in 2014, and season
four isn't debuting until next year, meaning you have months to catch up
on the first three seasons of the pirate drama. Watch it on Amazon.
History Channel's epic series about vikings
has earned a dedicated fanbase over the course of its four seasons. The
show has already been renewed for a fifth season, so the time you spend catching up on this addictive show will not be in vain. Watch it on Hulu.
