Birdman signed Cash Money to a big deal with Apple Music, but the party is over as he’s now being sued for $3.3 million over unpaid samples used in Lil Wayne’s music.
TMZ reports that the songs “You” and
“Certified” used samples from artists that were not paid for their work, and that a lawsuit for the damages has been filed totaling over three million dollars.

This isn’t the first time he’s run into this issue as last August he went to court over $200,000 worth of beats. Hopefully Birdman can put a stop to his ongoing stream of court appearances before Rich Gang:
